The "extractor trick" refers to a technique available to zerg players that has worked since the original Starcraft. Under normal circumstances, a zerg player may only have a total of ten supply before spawning an overlord. However, a zerg may morph a drone into an extractor-- temporarily reducing his supply to 9-- begin mutating a drone, cancel the extractor, and return the drone to mining. Thus, the zerg player will temporarily have 11 out of 10 supply.

A "double extractor trick" is a natural extension of this concept which involves building two extractors at 10 supply, mutating two drones, and then canceling both extractors. Thus, the zerg player will temporarily have 12 out of 10 supply. It is generally agreed that the double extractor trick is an inferior economic strategy to the regular extractor trick, which itself is generally considered inferior to simply mutating an overlord at 9 supply.

The official Starcraft ladder is divided into several leagues. The lowest league is bronze. "Forever Bronze" is a phrase used by Starcraft players to refer to players who are perceived as lacking the skills to earn a promotion to a different league, and the practices that prevent them from receiving a promotion.

Here, the original poster is suggesting that a "Forever Bronze" player will begin the double extractor trick, but then forget to cancel them. Not only has such a Zerg player selected an inferior strategy, he then botches the execution, setting him even further behind. This is represented as an event that actually occurred.
